s21 How Our Leaderboard Works

How Our Leaderboard Works

Our leaderboard is built around visible scoring, named eligible titles and time windows you can check before you join a race. You may see Pragmatic Play slot rounds, Evolution live-table missions, Ezugi table goals and Spribe-style multiplier challenges grouped by board. Each board shows how points are counted, when the window closes and which rewards apply, so you are not guessing what

moved your rank.

Spribe Multiplier Ladder

Crash-style boards use multiplier-based scoring where eligible settled rounds can move your place. The board displays the race clock and qualifying room name, so your leaderboard attempt stays connected to the correct game.

RACE HELP

Help During Leaderboard Runs

If your leaderboard position looks different from the result you expected, our support path starts with the board name and qualifying round time. We can check whether the room was eligible, whether the race window was still open and whether the result had settled before the points refresh appeared.

Team online

Rank Query

Send us the board name, game title and approximate round time. We check the settled result against the active scoring rule, then explain why your position changed or why it stayed the same.

Eligibility Check

If a room does not add points, we confirm whether it was included in that board. Some boards use selected tables or slot rooms only, and we keep that list attached to the race panel.

Clock Clarification

Leaderboard windows close at the time shown on the board. If your round lands near the close, support can check the settlement time and whether it counted before the race ended.

BOARD CHECKS

How We Keep Scores Clear

We run leaderboards with named providers, visible rules and internal result checks rather than hidden scoring. The board must show eligible rooms, point logic, race timing and reward...

Named Providers

Leaderboard cards identify the provider linked to each race, such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Ezugi or Spribe. That naming helps...

Scoring Rule

Each active board explains how points are added, whether by qualifying round, table goal or multiplier result. We keep this...

Time Window

The opening and closing time is displayed on the leaderboard card. We use that window for settlement checks, so late...

Round Records

When you ask about a score, we look at the settled round reference, board rule and game room. This keeps...

Reward Table

Reward places are shown before you enter the race. The table explains which ranks receive account rewards, and we keep...

Region Access

Leaderboard access is shown only where local law permits and where the related game rooms are available. If a board...

s21 Leaderboard Compared With Others

A leaderboard should not feel like a mystery counter. We build ours around readable race cards, named rooms and point explanations that stay close to the game area...

Visible RulesOur race card states the scoring method before you enter. Other boards may show only rank movement, leaving you to guess whether volume, result type or game selection affected the points.
Named RoomsWe attach eligible game names to the leaderboard. That reduces confusion when similar slot rooms or table variants appear in the lobby but only selected ones count for that race.
Rank RefreshOur board separates settled points from pending refresh states. When a qualifying result needs processing, the panel shows that status instead of making the rank change look random.
Reward VisibilityThe reward table remains near the rank list. You can see the placement range while checking your score, rather than hunting through a separate promo area during the race.
Race TimingWe display the remaining time on the leaderboard card. That helps you avoid starting a board that is about to close or chasing points after the race window has ended.
Support ContextOur support team asks for board name, game title and round time. That keeps leaderboard questions focused on the event instead of turning your query into a general account check.
Device LayoutThe mobile board keeps rank and clock visible in a compact view. Some leaderboard pages push scoring into a separate screen, making it harder to follow progress while you switch rooms.

Leaderboard Features You Can See

The s21 leaderboard page is designed for quick decisions. Before you join a race, you can read the scoring trigger, check eligible rooms, view the reward...

Live Rank List

The rank list shows current placement and point totals for the active board. It is refreshed during the race, with settled results reflected after the qualifying round is processed.

Eligible Game Tags

Game tags sit beside the board, marking which rooms count. This helps you stay within the correct leaderboard area instead of assuming every similar title contributes points.

Point Logic

The point rule explains what the board measures, such as qualifying rounds, table goals or multiplier results. We keep it short, direct and attached to the race card.

Closing Clock

A visible countdown shows how long the leaderboard remains open. Your settled qualifying results must land inside that window to be counted toward the race.

Reward Places

Reward places are listed with rank ranges, so you can see what each position means. The table stays linked to the same board, not hidden elsewhere.

Result Status

When a recent qualifying round is still being processed, the board can show a refresh state. That helps explain short delays before points appear in your rank.

Leaderboard Questions Answered

Open an active leaderboard card, read the eligible rooms and scoring rule, then enter one of the listed games. Your qualifying settled results are counted against that board while the race window remains open.

Your result may still be settling, the room may not be eligible or the race window may have closed. Check the board rule first, then contact support with the game title and round time.

No. Each slot leaderboard lists the eligible rooms for that race. Similar titles outside the listed group may remain playable in the lobby, but they will not add points to that board.

Yes, selected live tables can appear in leaderboard events. The board will name the table type, such as Baccarat, Roulette or Blackjack, and explain which settled activity counts toward the score.

When the race clock ends, new qualifying activity no longer counts for that board. We then use settled results inside the displayed window to confirm ranks and apply the listed account rewards.

Reward places are shown on the active leaderboard card beside the rank list. Check that table before you enter, because different boards can have different placement ranges and reward values.

Yes. Share the board name, game title and approximate round time with support. We check the settled round against the scoring rule and explain how it affected your leaderboard position.
